Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces per garment, per design.

Orders of 10 or more pieces qualify for our standard pricing.

For smaller re-orders, we can accommodate quantities below our standard MOQ; however, a small-order surcharge applies:

• 5–9 pieces: $20 + GST surcharge per garment
• 1–4 pieces: $40 + GST surcharge per garment

We recommend reaching the standard MOQ of 10 pieces wherever possible to receive the best overall pricing.

Yes. You can mix sizes within your order as long as the total quantity meets the applicable MOQ of 10 pieces per garment, per design.

For example, your 10 jerseys do not all need to be the same size.

Yes. Re-orders are welcome.

Yes. We can produce a custom one-off sample before you proceed with your full order.

Custom samples are charged at the standard garment price plus a $50 + GST sample surcharge per garment due to the additional setup and production involved in producing an individual garment outside our standard minimum order quantities.

For larger orders, clubs, schools or organisations, speak with your KBS Sales Representative about available sample options.

Once the required payment has been received and we have all the information needed for your design, we aim to provide custom graphic visuals within approximately 3–5 working days.

For custom cultural artwork, please allow approximately 10–12 working days.

Turnaround times may vary depending on design complexity and current workload.

Please ensure all logos are supplied as production-ready vector files where possible. Logo redraws, substantial artwork amendments or other artwork preparation may incur additional fees.

For the best production result, logos should be supplied as production-ready vector files, preferably AI, EPS or vector PDF.

If your logo isn't available in a suitable format, KBS can redraw it into a production-ready vector file.

New logo creation is different from redrawing an existing logo and is quoted based on the design requirements.

Once your artwork and final order details have been approved and your order has entered production, no further changes can be made.

You will need to provide your PMS reference and/or a physical garment or colour sample. Our production team will create a physical sublimation swatch on the relevant fabric for you to inspect and approve before the colour is confirmed.

Our KBS Standard Colour Chart is our default colour reference for all new custom orders. Selecting from our standard colours has no additional colour-matching fee or added timeframe.

Once your deposit has been paid, we can also send you a KBS Standard Colour Chart free of charge, allowing you to view and select your colours in person.

If you require a specific PMS colour or custom colour outside our standard chart, we offer a custom colour-matching service for $150.

Custom colour matching adds approximately 2 weeks to the standard production timeframe.

A physical sublimation swatch will be produced on the relevant fabric and sent to you for approval. The swatch must be physically inspected and approved before the custom colour can be confirmed, as colours viewed on screens or photos may differ from the final printed result.

Colours displayed on phones, computers, artwork proofs and photographs can vary between screens and should not be relied upon as an exact representation of the finished garment.

KBS operates from our KBS Standard Colour Chart as the default colour reference.

If exact colour matching is important, we recommend using our custom PMS colour-matching service. This includes a physical printed swatch for approval before production.

A custom colour cannot be confirmed from a photo, screen or verbal description alone.

Our standard production timeframe for sublimated custom garments is approximately 5–7 weeks once all required approvals have been completed.

For standard custom orders, a 10% deposit is required before your order and artwork process can progress.

Before your approved order is sent into production, a total 50% deposit must be paid.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your completed order is dispatched.

For orders under $1,000, full payment is required upfront before work begins.

Sublimation is a process where the design, colours, logos, and text are dyed directly into the fabric, allowing for full customisation, vibrant colours, and lightweight garments. It's great for teamwear with detailed graphics.

Cut & Sew involves pre-dyed fabrics that are cut and stitched together. Customisation is more limited (like embroidery or printed panels), but it offers a more traditional, premium finish, ideal for polos, hoodies, or jackets.
