ONLINE PRE-ORDERS
All pre-order items are made to order and customised specifically for your club, team, school, affiliate or organisation unless otherwise stated. This means we do not offer returns or exchanges, so please make sure you’ve selected the correct items, sizes, and any personalisation details before checking out.
Custom names and numbers are printed exactly as entered during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all spelling, name formatting, and number selections are correct. KBS Sportswear does not take responsibility for incorrect customisations submitted with the order.
For School Leavers’ gear, a full list of customised names will be provided to your school for approval prior to production. This ensures all names meet school policies and brand standards. All customised names will be printed in UPPERCASE. If no name is submitted, your order will be produced without personalisation.
If you need to change your size or order details, this must be done before checkout is complete. Once the order has been finalised, any changes will require cancellation and re-ordering. No changes can be made after the store closes.
Pre-order delivery is estimated to be around eight weeks after the store closes, depending on when final order details are received from your club, school, or organisation. If your team extends the pre-order deadline, delays may occur, and it’s their responsibility to communicate those changes to you.
KBS Sportswear handles manufacturing and hosts the ordering platform, but we do not control deadlines, extensions, design choices, or cancellations. These are all managed by the school, club, or organisation. Any questions or concerns should be directed to your group coordinator, not KBS.
