You can return any full priced item/s within 14 days of the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase we will be un able to offer you a refund or exchange. Currently you are responsible for the cost in returning your item/s to us.
Make sure you include a receipt or proof of purchase and any relevant information in regards to the reason for the return along with how you would like KBS to process your return.
To be eligible for a return all products must be in original, unworn, unwashed and resalable condition including tags attached and in the original packaging. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.
UNFORTUNATELY ALL SALE ITEMS OR ORDERS PURCHASED WITH A CODE CAN NOT BE RETURNED, REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. ALL SALE ITEMS AND ORDERS PURCHASED WITH A CODE ARE FINAL.

We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock for exchange. Any exchanges that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued a refund.
Exchanges may be processed between 7 and 14 business days of receiving your parcel. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
FAULTY/ INCORRECT ITEMS:
Please email email@example.com if you believe your item is damaged or faulty. Ensure you include your order number, photos, and any relevant information regarding the issue.
An investigation will be conducted to determine if this item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices. KBS will not provide a refund or exchange if proven so. We require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.
Do not return any faulty or incorrect goods before getting in contact with our team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to us. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound. We cannot guarantee that your items will reach us but if they do you will be notified by email once your returns have been processed.
Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to each you may vary.
RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 1. The order once placed on the Website/Email/Facebook/Instagram and confirmed from our end cannot be cancelled at any cost or from change of mind, All goods supplied remain property of KB Sportswear until your order has been paid in full and invoice has been cleared. The customers are advised to exercise their best judgment and prudence while placing any order through KB Sportswear/Website as the same is non-cancellable.
Return and Exchange policy:
- 1. In case the customer is delivered with wrong order or the products delivered are not in proper condition thus rendering them unfit for use, we then can accept them to be returned. An option to re make order at no extra cost will be given, if you follow through with this option the FAULTY goods must be returned to KB SPORTSWEAR and become property of KB SPORTSWEAR.
- 2. In case the customer is delivered with wrong order, the customer will have to notify us within 24 hours and must be detected on delivery. We shall conduct an internal check and if the claim is found to be true, we shall replace the wrong order with the correct order or refund the money as applicable.
- 3. We shall not refund or exchange any custom made products and all such products that have been customised as per the requirement of the buyer and confirmed by it will not be retuned or exchanged unless the same is defective. In case the product delivered is defective then you need to notify us within 24 hours from the receipt of the order and if upon investigation the claim is found to be acceptable then the same shall be exchanged. Since the size chart is already provided well in advance thus we assume no responsibility for exchange if you have picked up a wrong size.
- 4. In case your address is not serviceable for exchange then you will have to self-ship the order at your own cost even in case of receipt of defective product.
- 5. No refunds may be claimed by the User for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Website.
